With the new year comes the desire to try something new. I’ve recently discovered Goddess Provisions and wanted to give them a try. Goddess Provisions is a monthly subscription, providing vegan and cruelty-free full-size products.
This month’s box is called the Creative Vision Box.
The box contains:
– Custom Mason Jar exclusively for Goddess Provisions
– Vision Tea by Numi Organic Tea
– Silver Eyes Notebook by Denik
– Motivate Serum by The Hippie Homesteader
– Focus Chocolate by Addictive Wellness
– Dark Circle Rehab by Pacifica Beauty
– Dalmatian Jasper Crystal
– Free 30-day trial with Yoga International.
– Spiral Spectrum Mini Mystic Moon Calendar*
I haven’t used my mason jar yet, but it’s in my cupboard waiting for its time to shine. It’s cute and perfect for making sure you stay hydrated throughout the day. On the front, it reads ‘Raise Your Vibration with Love & Gratitude.’ A perfect reminder for when you’re just having one of those days.
I’m a coffee and tea person, so receiving any type of tea makes me a happy camper. As someone who often drinks English Breakfast Tea over any other, it was a nice change to try Numi’s Vision Organic Tea. It contains guayusa, lemon verbena, cinnamon, spearmint, hibiscus, rosemary, ginger, and nutmeg. For me, I could taste the ginger more. It didn’t bother me, as I’m a ginger-loving fiend.
Denik’s Silver Eyes Notebook is perfect for jotting down those random ideas to remember for later or to just fill it with silly doodles. I’m not sure if I want to use mine. I have this terrible habit of collecting journals and never using them because they’re too pretty…
The Hippie Homesteader’s Motivate Serum is the first thing I used after opening my box. The scent was nice. I found the rosemary in it to be a little too strong, but it was pleasant enough that I still wanted to wear it. The label on it is says ‘Conquer the World.’ Wearing this, I kind of feel like I could…or is it because I just ate…?
The Focus Chocolate by Addictive Wellness contains Cordyceps, Siberian Ginseng, and Lion’s Mane, all of which will help in keeping you focused. YouIget four pieces of this. I broke one piece into a bunch of tiny pieces. I’ve had dark chocolate, but I don’t think I’ve ever had raw chocolate, so it was a new experience. The first piece kind of threw me off with the bitterness, and I wasn’t too keen on the aftertaste. However, the second piece was better. I think I just had to get accustomed to it properly enjoy and appreciate it.
I haven’t had the chance to try out the Dark Circle Rehab Correcting Creams by Pacifica Beauty yet. I don’t use concealers too often, but I’ll have to try it out soon and shall report back with the results.
The stone that I received this month was the Dalmatian Jasper. It’s a grounding stone that helps you to focus on your goals and to attain them in a more structured and enjoyable way.
I found this subscription to be a great chance to be introduced to different companies with a good cause.
For instance, Denik is a company looking to give back to the world. Apart from helping to support a variety of artists, they are also a company that’s helping to make education possible around the world. For every notebook purchased, a portion of the sales is put towards building schools. You can learn more about their cause here: http://denik.com/art-for-good/
Numi’s Organic Tea also aims to help… They donate a portion of their sales towards providing clean drinking water for farming communities around the world. You can read more about their impact here: https://numitea.com/impact/
Addictive Wellness donates 5% of their sales to environmental groups. More info here: https://www.addictivewellness.com/pages/giving
No complaints with this month’s box. I’m already looking forward to getting next month’s box.
*Do note that my box this month did arrive with a Mini Moon Calendar. It’s not technically included in this particular box. It was an add-on because of a Coupon Code they were offering at the time. It is, however, included in their Solstice Priestess Box.
