Patreon. Sorted. Finally.

Well, I did it. I finally set up my Patreon…after having it sitting and collecting dust for a couple years now.

Currently, I have some of my Instax photos up as tier rewards. Their prices start at $1, so you get to decide how much you want to pay.

More rewards will be added as I create more Patreon-only content. Click on either photo to be taken to my Patreon account.

New Year, New Things, and Instant Explorations.

It’s been an adjustment process the past couple of months. I’m using the start of the new year as my starting point for new beginnings.

It’s been much quieter this past year with posting photos despite my intentions of actually posting more. I suppose that it’s more from stepping back rather than stepping away.

As I dive deeper into the World of Photography, I’m finding myself looking for more of the bigger picture. My technique and approach fall under my lens of self-scrutiny. Because of it, I guess I just ended filling my brain with more than enough information that I just divert from the original thought completely.

So, here I am with an overcrowded head full of concepts entangled with unnecessary information and a wardrobe hemorrhaging with creations just waiting for their moment in the spotlight.

Despite seeing and knowing this, I decided to try some instant film photography instead. Of course, I could easily incorporate some of the concepts into instant film. Alas, I am a muppet and shot other things instead. Silly me.

I’ve been keeping it fairly simple the past month or so and have just been shooting instant film. It’s still not a lot nor as much as I used to shoot before, but it’s definitely more regulat than what I’ve shot in the past year. Perhaps, it’ll be just instant film things for awhile…?

This year, I definitely want to do more photography. Ideally, I’m hoping to photograph more of other people than of myself. I’ve got projects that I’d like to get off the ground. We’ll see how things go, though.

I think I’ve babbled enough for one post. Back to some sewing things…
